We are working feverishly to get this done.

in a nutshell the schedule will look something like:
thursday:
Day: top dawg air strip event at Hendersonville airport
Evening: ZdayZ trivia

Friday:
Day: Some driving event (TBD)
Day: Dam foto
Evening: welcome dinner
Night: debauchery and fun (TBD)

Saturday:
Day: Car show
Day: Exhaust soundoff
Evening: Awards dinner
Night: debauchery and fun (TBD)

Potentially of the schedule is another frisbee gold tournament and/or a real golf tournament (offsite) as well as other things we are currently in discussion about.

Sunday: take your butt home

I'm signing up on Zdays and booking the hotel this Thursday. I'm just waiting to clear up some funds after shelling out a couple of grand for the installation of my BC cams, LSD + FD, BBK's and Vortech + Tune.

The airstrip event was a blast last year... even NA and getting repeatedly stomped.

Get your priorities straight. Head up Wendsday like all the cool people. That way being present for the photo wont be a problem.

I wish that there was a good place to set up a time lapse camera early Wednesday overlooking the main parking lot and field. It would be neat to see the progression. The same thing would be cool for the dam photo as cars are parked and lined up.

I has a gopro that has that functionality built into it. I think that would be an awesome show, matter of fact leave it up the entire weekend!

yeah but you can change the firm ware and run it while plugged in and let it run all weekend with a 64Gb card.
