Default New AAM Spec Fuel System Upgrades for 350Z/G35

AAM SPEC FUEL SYSTEM UPGRADES for the 350Z/G35

!NEW PRODUCT RELEASE!

Altered Atmosphere is proud to release three new fuel system modifications for the 350Z/G35!

FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE/ISOLATOR MOUNTING BLOCK
Introductory Price through July 31: $79
For pressure gauges, gauge isolators, senders, or sensors

Many of our customers ask us for an easy solution when mounting fuel pressure gauges, fuel pressure gauge isolators, or fuel pressure sensors to the factory fuel system. We developed an adapter block with a 1/8” NPT tap (most fuel pressure gauges/isolators are 1/8” NPT) that bolts neatly onto the factory fuel line. Our 350Z fuel pressure adapter kit eliminates having to cut into the factory fuel line for a fuel source.

BILLET ALUMINUM RAILS
Introductory Price $499
Regular Price $599

New to the plate are our billet aluminum 350Z fuel rails. They are engineered to accept both factory and RC Engineering injectors. We’ve made several significant design updates over the factory rails to help ensure the injectors have plenty of fuel available to them. These rails can be used in a custom RETURN style system or can be purchased with our fuel adapters to mate to the factory fuel system (the factory fuel rail adapters are not currently available).

FULL RETURN STYLE SYSTEM
Introductory Price through July 31: $895

We are also offering a complete return solution for those who demand extreme fuel flow and adjustability. Our kit comes complete with the following:
• 2 AAM Spec Billet Aluminum Fuel Rails
• Stainless Steel Braided Return Line
• All the Necessary Fittings
• Installation Instructions
• Aeromotive 1:1 adjustable fuel pressure regulator
• Goodridge Braided Stainless Steel Fuel Lines with Red/Blue Fuel Fittings from the Factory Fuel Feed through the Return Line

All fuel lines come pre-assembled for a simple installation. This is one trick kit that all high horsepower 350Z’s should consider!

Default Fuel Pump??

Is there an upgraded Fuel pump with the complete solution? Do you Mod the stock one? Do you use a PiggyBack?

Thanks

Hi Everyone.

Thanks for your questions! I'm Dave Shiroma, the new Sales Manager at Altered.

The FULL RETURN FUEL SYSTEM does not include an upgraded pump. We can provide the Walbro 255lph which is practically a direct drop in for the factory pump.

We are also looking into creating a new full tank assembly that will accept a larger pump. This will be available as an upgrade option to the existing kit.

The AAM SPEC system removes the factory regulator's control of fuel pressure and replaces the control with a vacuum/boost controlled unit from Aeromotive. This allows you to adjust the level of pressure depending on the amount of vacuum/boost you are running at that moment. With the Aeromotive unit you set the base pressure at idle (50-55psi for 350Z/G35's), the unit then adds one pound of fuel pressure for every pound of boost.

Our New Dual Fuel Rail System is a replacement and modification to the factory system. The factory system is a "returnless" style system, which offers minimal adjustment to the amount of fuel the engine can receive. Another negative aspect of the factory system is the factory fuel pressure regulator does not allow fuel pressure adjustments and is incapable of holding a constant fuel pressure with most aftermarket fuel pumps.

The benefits of our Duel Fuel Rail Kit are as follows:

-Adjust fuel pressure
-Adds fuel pressure under boost
-Each rail is fed individually for equalized fuel flow
-Larger internal diameter for improved flow
-Redesigned injector hood (internal portion of rail that the top of
injector receives fuel from) that offers much better clearance
and flow.

Hope that helps! Please feel free to call us, email, or post any questions.

You need the Denso Injector clips. You can get them from RC or give us a call and we can get a set for you. Thanks for your purchase!
