Actually, I am the one that purchased the wheels, but it turns out that Jeffery made a mistake and the price was only for one front and one rear wheel. I sent the money via PayPal and his boss withdrew the money. Now I have to wait until the money hits their bank account before they send me a refund. Jeffery has been cool about the whole ordeal, but I will be happy once I get my money back. I will keep you guys posted and let you know if I receive a full refund in a timely manner. 500whp is new to the boards so this will be a good test of their customer service.

 

DAMN. I knew this deal was too good to be true. That is messed up that they are not refunding you immediately. What kind of business can not refund their customer's money, especially if it was only 1,333. Not like it's 10g's or something.

Not trying to cause trouble, but they should HONOR the price and send you the set of wheels. Cuz once they accept your money, it is a binding contract. That is what they should really do instead of refund you the money. IMO that would be the stand up thing to do.

The moderators on this board is going a great job, I wonder if there are any background checks, references when they allow new sponser.

Heads up peeps. I received my refund for the wheels today. I must say that Jeffery did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the status of my refund. It is unfortunate that I wasn't able to get the wheels for that price, but I understand we all make mistakes. 500whp.com is definitely a trustworthy shop.
