Default Amuse 350z vs. MCR R34 Skyline Touge Battle!

You guys will love me for this. As many of you guys know, there is not a whole lot of videos showing the greatness of the Amuse NA 350z. I just discovered one a few minutes ago and thought I would share it to you guys.

thats a nice video. The amuse Z is fast.. its about 340whp I believe built with cams, pistons, amuse hi tech rom EMS, bolt ons, and lightweight panels (CF doors, hood, hatch etc..). Even The amuse S2000 was no match to it as well. I think a good touge match would be between the RE Amemiya FD3S (RX7) and the Amuse Z, both well balanced cars

that MCR R34 is a 650whp monster and has been pretty weak on the downhill. I think what would be a really good touge skyline is the Mines R34 = more balanced car and has less understeer compared to the MCR.

amuse by far has taken the NA z to the next level . I mean That Z has beaten alot with its tune. I wonder if anyone on the US side can replecate what they have done? and i hear its a 287 motor also which is amazing. This is how a Z should be stock. I wonder if theres a english substitiled version.

nice vid. those guys have some skill driving in a wet skinny road like wet. the skyline was at a great disadvantage though. first of all the skyline started behind the z, and the roads are too tight for anyone to make a pass especially in the rain. and 2nd of all 650 rwhp in the rain and small roads like that is crazy to control. the z has 340 rwhp which would be allot easier to get traction and go aorund and accelerate quicker. if they where in a real track with no rain the skyline would run circles around the z. but sick z either way i would have liked to see a 650 rwhp tt z there against the skyline that would be more intresting.

They get 2 rounds, first Z leads then skyline, so theres no advantage there. Dont forget, the Skyline has AWD, I think that would be an advantage in wet wheather. It'd be hard for the Z to make up the 300 HP difference on a real track though.

the drivers are keiichi tsuchiya and manabu "max" orido. JGTC drivers. it is a touge race so no passing needed. It is either the front car gets away/is unable to get away or the rear car catches up/gets left behind.

Depending on the track, if it has long roads for top speed then obviously the 650whp MCR R34 will win. However, if the track has more S turns and such, then the Z takes it. Like I said, if you guys have seen the RE Amemiya FD3S (RX7) 380whp turbo, then you will see that the Amuse Z33 will be a good race. Or the Mines R34 (590whp) is very good as well.

Also, the Touge track that the Hot Version guys are using has a lot of corners and has high speed sectors, uphill and downhill sectors as well. I would consider it as a real track as well. It is about 1min and 10-15 second track. When I go to Japan sometime next year, I wanna drive on that place.. with a rental

Amuse's 350z is by far my favorite 350z out there. Light weight doors and fenders, very subtle body kit, light weight 18inch wheels, and all NA. It may not be the fastest but it's doing very well for itself.

Jason

P.S Thanks for the Vid of the S2k vs Z33!
