That moron is putting others in danger. When I used to drive the dragon you see some line crossing, but I never saw anyone that reckless up there. Except maybe a few motor bikes.

When I went and drove Mulholland Drive and people were being flippin crazy! The speed limit is 30 (or 35 can't remember for sure) but if you are doing anything under 50 people get pissed off at you (I had lots of people pissed). This is going through a neighborhood in Hollywood Hills. Some people get their "supercars" on it and just go flippin nuts.
