Default So is there an official aft mkt clutch?

Im nothaving the clutch issues anymore since I put the dampener on, but I would like to upgrade to a better clutch since the stock one is weaksauce to start out with. Some ofthe vendor websites says the previous models fit but has that been confirmed?

ok i will tell you this for a fact the nismo clutch for the 06 models kinda fit according to nissian cause i had it on my car. but while i had it on my car i blew two slave cylinders and then i took it off. i have spent about 20000 preping for greddy's twin turbo setup and that was one of the things i was going to go with.

since i got rid of that i was looking and looking and couldn't find anything until a saw the first pics of sema. it seems the greddy had a clutch and flywheel on the tt 07 z at that car show so my race shop called greddy and asked them what they had. greddy told them that it was imported from japan and it was some weird *** name i dont know right off hand. anyways i told them to order one for me and they did but its not in yet vause its coming from japan.

its about 1600 dollars for the clutch flywheel setup and its twin plate so now i dont have to worry about my slave cylinder going out on me and greddy claims that it will handle up to 900 horsepower. yes horsepower they didn't give me a torque rating.

i will call my race shop a little later if you want and get that name for you but if you want it for the twins the you might want to order it now because they said it may take up to a month and i ordered mine about a month ago and still dont have it.

i hope that helps at least a little bit and im sorry for this being so lengthy i just had to tell my little story. lol. if you have anymore questions or anything at all just pm me or something.

Default money i have put in to my 2007 Z

well i dont think it was all for the turbos thats just how much i have put into the car.

about 6 grand for brakes

5 grand for car audio.

2500 for rims with tires

1500 exhaust

1500 for that clutch&flywheel that i was talking about

1500 for greddy's new coilover kit and another 500 for the control box so i can make ajustments to it in my car.

400 hundred for greddy profec B-spec II boost controller

235 for greddy sm evoloution egt guage

205 for greddy sm evolution turbo boost gauge

235 for greddy sm evolution air fuel gauge

110 or so on the control box for the gauges

130 greddy full auto turbo timer

450 AEM twin intakes

600 for two pair of red sparco 3 inch racing harnesses

1250 or so on two sparco racing seats

400 on sparco harnes bar

400 gt spec 4 point chassis brace

110 on gt spec middle tie bar

90 gt spec rear tie bar

100 on gt spec front lower tie bar

700 carbon fiber spoiler

ok so i was off a couple thousand. it comes to like 23915 and just to round it up i think i spent a little over 75 bucks for my whistler radar detector. lol. i also have like sparco pedals and shift **** to so i guess tack on another 185 about for those two items aswell.

but im not even close to done. well maybe close until they start coming out with more engine mods that is.

also when this whole twin turbo thing gets done im going to get a wide body kit for the car and i think i want the mastergrade one it looks sweet to me.

so i think thats about it, but just as a little rumor from greddy i was told that the twin turbo kit for the 07z could be as high as 1000 more than the twin turbo kit for the previous years were, o yeah and i think they are still going to be selling the intercooler kit separate. so im guessing here i could be off a little but

7000 or 8000 turbo kit hopefully 6500

1500 or 2000 intercooler kit.

greddy also said something about it producing 500 to 510 wheel horse power pre tuned right out of the box safely with stock internals.

if there is anything else you want just hit me up. thanks

Damn, go big or go home.

Unforunately, Mastergrade is no longer producing that widebody kit. Kinda sad because a lot of people have been asking about it.

well one of two things is happening here....either this guy's accounts are about empty, and he is cool with that because he is planning with staying on stock internals...or he is loaded and will spend another 20K on a built motor. probably the latter. but if greddy is serious about 500whp out of the box on a stock motor, i for one would be plenty happy with that. cant wait to see this kit released....more power to ya finalfantasy

the rims are made buy a group called ruff racing. i like them i love the dish. and the whole radar thing, lol your right its time i upgrade i used to have that in a 2002 celica gts trd edition that i supercharged and at the time for the money it was pretty good.

as for my job i work at a place called pole zero we do communications in aviations for the military and bowing corporation. i am a top level mechanical assembler/tech support and i am a test technician there as well.

as far as my accounts are concered i have alot of money taken out of every paycheck automatically for my car into a separate savings account. i started out in the air force as a computer engineer.

o yeah and i do plan on dropping as much as i need into this thing to reach my goal and that is 650 or 700 wheel.

and no i dont live with mommy or daddy in case anybody is wondering. lol. cause i guess i still am kinda young.

Not hating or anything. Seems like you love the way it is so, Good Job Sir!
But why Brembos in the front and Rotora's in the rear?

well im going to be getting some better tires in the near future but i do lke the way the rims look at least. as for the breaks, brembo doesn't make a rear big break kit for the 350z only front. and i realy like brembo and i wanted something that would match for the rear so thats why i bought the rotora.
