I would however love to see someone make a set of hotter cams and either a reflash to retime the valve timing, or a v-manage setup with a decent starting point for the hotter cams. Would be MUCH more worth the money to me.
I pretty much made the decision that I was staying N/A when I bought my first mod. I wouldn't exactly agree with "5hp", but I'm not going to repeat things that have been said several times in this thread already.

But who knows, maybe someday I'll change my mind. For now, I'm keeping F/I out of my mind.

Whats up sibble. Let me know what your 07 Z dyno'd at before and after the stillen header install. That's if you're still going to do that. I bought the stillen headers for my 07 Z but i'm thinking about sending them back if they're not HR specific headers or depending on what your dyno results are or anyone elses for that matter.

I understand the gains at other RPM's, its usually due to pulse tuning for a range of RPM's and you get better gains at lower velocity ranges, but the factory headers are so close that I'm not sure there will be the same 20 hp gains. I saw the same stuff with the BMW I had (minimal gains from headers) so I'm hesitant to jump.

That said - I figure if I have the money I'll be turboed within the next 18 months (whether in the Z or not )

No problem. The only thing that will delay this info is selling my Dominator since i don't have an extra 1000 lying around. But i'll try and get the headers done before my finals June 15 and post dynos up asap.

Glad to hear someone ponied up for the headers!!

I've spent too much on my suspension lately, but when the results are back from your dyno's I might have to spend a little more

We'll see how the results go. I've decided to just keep my exhaust till turbos come out for the 07 so people will be interested in my exhaust rather than go for a low ball offer. What that means is I will probably have the dynos in by next monday or the monday after at the latest since i dont' have to do a dyno with new exhaust first, then get headers put in then get another dyno

EDIT: Dynos in in about 2-3 weeks now because of Fast Intentions busy schedule to install them along with some financial issues.(Sorry for the bad pick, IPHONE)

amen to that! seen as much as 20whp gains in the mid range with just a header swap. the HR does seem to have better oem headers than the DE but there are still big gains to be had with a header swap on a HR imho.
