had the same problem, easy fix
get on your knees with a flashlight and a can of wd40
spray it on any joints, and you will have about 6 months till you have to do it again

This just in:
My car is now making a clinking, loose metal piece, sound that seems to be around the middle of the cabin. Might be something loose in the transmission (great).
Looks like I'll have another thing for the dealership to check out.

i'm still having the dealership check it out just in case. the shop is pretty good over here.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is normal if you're just talking about the click sound that happens when you disengage the clutch. I can't really explain due to not being a pro but I am pretty sure that it is normal.
