had the same problem, easy fix
get on your knees with a flashlight and a can of wd40
spray it on any joints, and you will have about 6 months till you have to do it again

This just in:

My car is now making a clinking, loose metal piece, sound that seems to be around the middle of the cabin. Might be something loose in the transmission (great).

Looks like I'll have another thing for the dealership to check out.
same thing, check to make sure your clutch fluid isnt or doesnt start leaking out.

if that's the case then i'm not worried one bit. i just don't want my tranmission or a u-bolt on the driveshaft to break in the middle of me driving.

i'm still having the dealership check it out just in case. the shop is pretty good over here.

Same clicking problem, right here. It started a few weeks ago, then the clutch failed and got stuck to the floor two days later. Took it to Nissan and had the recall work done. Had it for 400 miles since the recall work, it still clicks but the clutch works at least.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this is normal if you're just talking about the click sound that happens when you disengage the clutch. I can't really explain due to not being a pro but I am pretty sure that it is normal.

Semi-old thread. The following link is the OP's fix that he posted two weeks after this one:

Ummm def not normal. Guys just go to your nissan dealer and have them replace the clutch pedal assembly. I had the same problem with my G and they replaced the slave cylinder and the clutch assembly.
