Heres a link to Cobb Tuning doing a review on three types of aftermarket air intakes. http://blogs.cobbtuning.com/?p=160 In summary, no real HP gains. If power is all you're after then I think its safe to say the stock intake is fine, just maybe some K&N drop in airfilters. Maybe for an older car an air intake was needed, but I have to say with all the recent advances in computer design and modeling, its safe to say the engineers designed the best intake the HR can handle. Aftermarket has brain washed us into buying their stuff. I'm going to replace the air filters with K&N, and then work on the exhaust.

Apparently, he doesn't know that there is no such thing available for the VQ motor.

You were first told diplomatically that you need to do more research on the VQ engine. Yet you decided to be stubborn and make more ignorant defiant posts.
Get a clue noob and start listening to the constructive advice people have been trying to give you, before a moderator lowers the ban hammer on you.

Maybe you shouldn't talk out of your *** so much, and actually try to open YOUR eyes, before you tell others to do the same.
