LOL, I'm one of those guys. I've had 5 exhausts on that car: Stock, Apexi N1, Nismo, JIC, and that one. All of them were way to loud with the Xerde headers. The JIC was the worst for volume, the Nismo actually sounded realy good at WOT, the Apexi sounded athsmatic, and stock was stock. This one is ~20lbs, 3", $200, and decent enough on dB that I can live with it.

Pretty sure I'm gonna go with the Motordyne XYZ single exit, I'de rather have the weight of the resonator in the middle of the car.

Short story if you want that one, speak up, it and the JIC ypipe will be for sale soon.

naw, i don't want it, it was just more sarcasm more than anything. i hope your not offended, but the fact is, its quite hideous, but your car being a track car, i don't imagine aesthetics being a huge factor

Not offended at all, I know it is ugly as sin, but I got the dB down to someting livable.

I haven't had a chance to do much lately, work has been work. I'll be at Roebling Road on September 13-14 they have 4 corner scales there, I'll weigh it then.

kind of off topic. Do you know if the HR headers work on a DE? Also did you find out if there is a difference between HR intake manifold and the DE manifold since you are doing a hybrid type motor?

I know the HR exhaust manifolds will interchange with DE mainfolds, but if you use DE headers you must also use DE cats or test pipes, fromt he cat back it is completely interchangable

I know there is a difference between the HR and DE intake manifold, the HR is square ported and the DE is round, I don't know yet if they are interchangable. That is what I have to wait until the end of the month to find out.

Not too easy, though.

How hard is that and how much expected gain would get? Is there an original thread for this or a place we can get this done?

That looks like a couple of CAIs for an HR, still keeping the OE HR TBs, I wanna do it with Dual DE TBs.

So, what parts are actually swappable from a HR to a DE with a est price list so if someone what to do it they have a general idea.

Is the DE TB bigger? I thought the HR had a larger diameter TB.

What about the VQ37HR TB and intake manifolds can that be swapped into a HR motor? And if the VQ35HR IM can be swapped what about the VQ37HR? How much power increase do you think this will yield?
