Im calling Shenanigans on you and your Dyno shop. I doubt even a dyno jet reflecting those exaggerated numbers......hmmm.....kinda peculiar that this is your first posting on my350z as well.....I sniff danger.

If im reading the sheet corectly it states the power is @ the fly wheel not RWHP.

Its a Dynapack Hub dyno, those numbers are fairly accurate for a dynapack. On a dyno jet he would likely be putting down 270-280. No need to doubt him.

You idiots calling the car a freak or his dyno high need to educate yourselve's on differnt dyno's, and how they read the way they do. For that dyno, those numbers are right on. Nothing special here...

Well considering that I can just see some numbers above a red x and no info on the dyno used, its a little hard to determine things. So I guess Ill go educate myself now, thanks.

Yup, I am pretty certain its a Dynapack. I had my truck dyno'd at a DynaPack, and it was 300 RWHP and 408 RWTQ. That was just Intake,Exhaust, and a Tune. Most bolt-on Titans don't get that, but on rollers I would be about 20 less. So its normal for a dynapack.

Not to be an ***, but I'm 100% sure its not. Dynapack dynos measure horsepower with two boxes directly attached to the hubs which means no rolling resistance. Dynapacks definitely read higher than dynojet and definitely much higher than dyno dynamics.
