i just dont undertand.
it doesnt matter. think of the intake as a vacuum cleaner. if you have a vacuum cleaner extension tube thing and you point it at a fan, it will suck up just as much air as if the fan were off. the rate of suction is far higher than the speed of wind generated by the fan so it doesnt matter.
