Default Header options...

So I am looking to fully bolt my 08 Z. I was looking currently at the Stillen headers, Stillen catback, and the Injen CAI. My one concern is the post I saw on here about the Stillen defect on the headers. Am I still safe going with this (possibly calling stillen first to verify the defect was fixed?), or do I have other options? I haven't really seen other brands listed for the HR motor.

Any helpful links, advice, or whatever is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

They ahve a really fcuked version that hits when teh car isn't in motion. Then they made a fix which seems liek it was good until you took a fast rightr hand turn+fail. Now they are developing a final version so you shoudl wait for that. When it comes out i'll make a post on the HR header defect thread.

I just did a search for the impul headers, didn't find any links to purchase, but god damn $1800?! Seriously?!

A.H. - did they happen to give you an ETA for the new design?

I installed the Stillen headers on my car about a month ago, and was very pleased with the fit and everything else about them. I'd buy them again.

Yeah please do, as much as I'm sure there's a good chance they would fit fine as reldla said, I'd rather wait for the newest redesign just to be safe.
