Default Quick HR question

Would my HR put 300 hp to the wheels with:

K&N drop ins
Berk HFC (or another similar option)
HKS Hi-Power dual exhaust
Technosquare Reflash

Yes, I searched. Just looking for a quick answer or any opinions about the products mentioned above.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of HFC vs. test pipes?

if you have a custom tune like the others that have made over 300hp then yes. but not sure about just a normal reflash.

K&N's -100
Ebay HKS knock off - 500 shipped ( **** HKS, look up gothchicks post)
Berk HFC - 500- 550
thats 1400 left for tune reflash or whatever(technosquare, cobb ap, etc)
If you can put all this yourself youve got more then enough

Test Pipes: slightly more power, louder, Check Engine Lights, more bad odor

HFCs: No Check Engine Lights, not as loud as the TP's, but louder than stock, less B.O than TPs.

Not taking the type of dyno into consideration, all the HRs making over 300whp, have the Injen intake in common.

I would say:

HKS Exhaust
Injen Intakes
Reflash with custom tune
HFC or TP's

Should be just at 300 or maybe a little under.

i was under the impression that intakes actually produce less power...or is that only if you don't get the tune?

Well I dont believe that anyone has done a before and after dyno with the injen intakes. But the tuner from technosquare says that only the injens are making power due the cold air design. And the fact that every hr making 300hp or more is running the injen intakes, to me knowledge atleast...
