Default Recall on passenger side airbag sensors

I just recieved the recall notice on my passenger side airbag sensor. Has anyone had there sensors replaced? I dont like the idea of the seat having to be taken apart. If the sensors have to be replaced should'nt they replace the bottom cushion including the leather. Once the leather is removed from the seat it might not come back the way it was from the factory. The leather will stretch, scratch,or stain. Also my rear sub on my Z sounds like it blown because I hear it rattle from time to time. Has anyone had issue's with this? Lastly my bluetooth is acting up. Sometimes it doesnt follow the proper commands wtf? If that needs to be fixed would the bose headunit have to be replaced? Please let me know.

Thanks
Raul

Don't know about the sensors, but on the Bluetooth. Have you tried deleting and repairing your phone?

This all started when I got a new razor. I'm going to try deleting and pairing it again.

I never got the recall for the sensor but my car has been having that issue since day one. I called Nissan and they claim my vin is not in the range. they suggested i take it to the stealership to get it checked. I'm thinking of passing by tomorrow.
BTW, noticed you're in plantation as well...where do u take the car for TSB's etc..? I've been taking the car to coral springs but pines is closer so I'm thinking of taking it to pines tomorrow.

It has happen to me already and they replaced the whole bottom part of the seat. I was happy it wasn’t the driver seat since it's starting to form to my ***. Also, has anyone notice a clunk kind of noise when you put the passenger side window up/down.

I moved to Port Saint Lucie a month ago I need to update my profile. But I take my car to Maroone Nissan Pembroke Pines. They do really good work. My service adviser is Val. Give them a call or PM me if you need there number.
Sometimes my passenger airbag light stays on and I have to shut the car off and restart it so it can go back to normal. I need to make an appointment I missed my last one.

Did they replace the complete bottom or just the inner cushion?

I passed by today and of course Vin is not in range and of course the guy jumps in the passenger seat and the light wont go on...like going to the DR.
He mentioned since i still need to take the car to get the clutch recall done, he'll look into it as well once i take it for that.
Thanks for the contact name, I'll speak to Val next time i go

Got the notice and decided to take it to the stealership, but after seeing the huge line I decided to just wait till the airbag light actually stays on. Notice says there's a problem if the light stays on. Plus I ride alone, so I could care less if the airbag works.

i had that same problem with a girl who was about 110 also. i thought that it was odd that the light was on. i think the light should be reversed. it should turn on if the person is over the weight and should say, (fat girl on board)

So which Z's does this affect? Is this is a problem with the light or will the airbag not deploy?

Wow that's crazy. My wife is 105 and the airbag sensor doesn't turn on either. I got that rattling noise too like that speaker is out, I've tried to duplicate it several times with me sitting in the garage but it only seems to happen when I'm driving.

problem with the sensor itself from what i understand. the light does come on, when it shouldn't....and hence the airbag won't deploy when the light is on.
