Question OEM Cat Removal Suggestions?

Sups everyone! I have an 07 G35 Sedan, but figure i would get more help here or advice than the Driver forum. Anyway I will be getting my FI HFC this week. And would like any input from other that have Installed these thier selves or watched a shop perform the removal of their OEM Cat. As I read so many horror stories about getting to that one damn "TOP BOLT" that is a B$itch to remove! I pretty much did most of my mods myself to save myself $$$, so I'm pretty handy with tools. But want to know if I should shoot that bolt down everyday with penetrating lube to loosen it up? not sure that will work? LOL. then use a big Braker bar to buss that bolt loose? I also have an Air compressor and Impact gun? would that also work better?

And almost forgot, should I remove all 02 sensors from the OEM cat before banging and hammering at this bolt? Since I have read that these sensors are very sensitive and may get damaged if I use the Impact gun with it still on? Hope there is room to get to the sensors? anyone know?

Aiight well I would appreciate any helpfull tips before I tackle this Nitemare Bolt! HAHA.

a. Spray all hardware the day before with a penetrating fluid like liquid wrench.

b. Remove the oxygen sensor AFTER removing the catalytic converter.

the last one i did took a rather large impact to spin them out, and when they came out, you could see where the threads were distorted. Simply put there is a mistake in torque, thread pitch, or something going on w/ that bolt. I've also had the catalytic efficiency (o2) and the actual A/F (o2) get stuck in a similar manor, as well as the heat shield bolts. All you can do is try it, and hope for the best, worse case your install will take a while longer while you have to cut the bolt out.

the top bolts are a ***** no matter what you do. even with liquid wrench, i think they were somehow cross threaded from the factory. my car didn't even have maybe 300 miles on it before i pulled my cats. also be very gentle with the 02 sensors they are fragile as hell.
