Good to know! Thanks! I'll keep you in mind. Let me know how the HR tune works out?!

If you have any difficulty raising the Rev limiter? Also if you can do away with the 155 mph speed cap?

I have had no success in reaching uprev so far via email or phone.

I have a local shop that maybe interested in becoming a dealer and catering to the tuners in this area.

Curious to see what #'s I can post up.
I can say that 310 whp is really pushing it. I have an 07 Nismo. Stillen headers, fast intentions test pipes, fast intentions dual exhaust and custom uprev tune. I dyno 294 whp. I do like the uprev tune though.

^^^ Yup, that is what I had when I dynoed. The JIC single only - ypipe back.

With the flash I also picked up ~5mph (107-108mph traps now) in the quarter and the extra power up top really makes the car rip on the road course .. a very noticable difference from stock. I'm only guessing but if some one was to dyno technosquare and uprev they probably would pull around the same numbers give or take. In other words I don't think one tune is better then the other. But it's nice having the "tuneability" with uprev.

Hope that helps. Either flash will get you about the same power I'm thinking, so you really can't go wrong. I'm sure there are those who will disagree with me...

Thanks guys!

My current mods before tune will be:

- HKS hi-power True Dual exhuast
- Crawford HFC's
- Stillen headers
- Stillen lightweight underdrive crank pulley
- Injen CAI's

I'd like to have it Dyno tuned. So looks like I will be going with UpRev Osiris Tune.

Folgrz should Chime in with his results from jdmfairlady21 tuning his car.

With my current Mods I should be pushing over 310+WHP! Esp after compairing others Mods and gains.

Wish me luck.

I think that 310 on a dyno jet could be possible. But I highly doubt 310 on a mustang dyno.

Can't wait to see the results. My exact same mods minus the crank pulley.

Good luck!

Anything over 295 SAE will be hard & $$ to accomplish.

A lot of the guys people who hit 300+whp were on Dynopac Dynos - the wheel is taken off and the hub is directly attached to the dyno. These read closer to flywheel horsepower versus wheel horsepower.

So the numbers are higher than Dynojet, DynoDynamics, and Mustang Dyno whp/wtq readings.

We've done quite a few baselines and custom HR flashes. Peak outputs are in the 285~295whp range on our Dynojet depending on mods.

However, with a flash, ours or others, you'll see HUGE mid-range tq and hp gains. That's where it counts anyway!

Good luck!

+1 on this fact. I have Dynoed my car at AAM and 2 other locations(both Dynojet) and besides the mod changes they were all in the same ballpark ranging from about 276-291 after the reflash. 300+ is pretty optimistic on a Dynojet without alot of other work done.

Yeah I am learning that the hard way! Car was put on a Dynopac but they never did a wideband on it. SO I have no clue what the AFR is... For all I know the car is running lean.. But it was only putting out 265 WHP! Arrrrr

Thats without the Crank pulley! I didn't have the tool to lock the flywheel. So I will have to get it back on the lift to finish that up. Looking forward to getting the car Tuned.

I also don't have the CAI's installed.

That Dyno was only with Stillen Headers, HKS Hi-power dual exhuast and Crawford HFC's.

Much more work to do.

Seems very low.....definantly benefit greatly from a tune.

Dyno was at a local shop here. The 265 was with Mods. I find it hard to believe really. The Dyno must suck ***. I am gonna Dyno again at another shop.

I wanna know what My AR is. So will be sure to find a Dyno that will give me all the info I need.

Yeah....I would take it somewhere else if for nothing else other than verifying the power. My tune was on a dynodyamics, but I put it on a local dynojet for ease of comparison. I know my car was running very lean after full bolt-ons I don't have aftermarket exhaust manifolds. In theory the dynopack should read higher than all other dyno's. Good luck to you.
