All numbers are to the wheels. My car wasn't dyno'd on this particular dyno when it was stock but another stock HR on the exact same dyno made 277whp.

Depends on the dyno but on the HR yes it is. A.H. with a auto did 318 rwhp.

I will be having my car retuned at UPREV again and have before and after dynos now that I have a Injen CAI and Motordyne's exhaust. I hope to see at least 310rwhp on the dynojet.

What's fishy about a guy saying he made 325whp on the dyno with a hr Z, especially when we know AH is making almost similarly high number with his auto Z.

If HR guys are truely making 270-280 rwhp stock, my HR Z has problems!

260-265 dynojet is reasonable.

Mustangs when set up right read a bit lower (3-5% usually) than DJ's. But you can play with a ton of things on them where dynojets you really only have the correction factor to play with. Dyno Dynamics are the same way. Shops have reputations for how their dyno's read for a reason.

Given a 45 hp increase, if thats right that is awesome. I'd be extremely happy to make 295-300 whp dynojet with exhaust, test pipes, and a tune. I don't think I can go for intakes, I like the stock engine bay a lot, its more convincing at the track .

But, regardless, I want to know why there is a huge lean spike right at the peak torque levels....thats REALLY bad.

Actually, they tuned pretty lean all the way across, from looking at it. I'd want 12.5-12.8 at most, not quite as high as they have it. Hmmm. A clearer shot with an AFR scale would be nice.

My Dynojet run was 265 after exhaust CAI and tune. Mustang dyno was the same.

Very nice gains! Wonder how much more you can get with the rest of the bolt-ons for the HR, considering that yours is MT.

That's very low for you.

Mine with HFCs only and tune wsa 284~ rwhp and 245 tq.

Now I have CAI and full exhaust, not sure where it's going to be till I go back for a retune.

The numbers are higher than I was expecting but I don't feel like it's that unbelievable. The dual exhausts have proven to be a big factor in making power on the HRs. And didn't somebody post a dyno of stock vs injen CAIs and make about 10 whp with no tune? And I know theres a dyno of stillen HFCs making about 10 or 11 whp more than the stock cats. So pairing the injen track edition dual with berk TPs, which will make more than the HFCs, is going to make big gains. Then the CAIs on top of that will bump the numbers up even more. The stock exhaust and cats are really choking the **** outta the HRs. They've consistenty shown that they respond to simple breather mods pretty well.

I know theres a bunch of other factors involved but I'm really not here to argue the validity of my claims. I'm just posting information about my car and my dyno results. If it helps some people out and some of you can get some of your questions answered by this thread then good. If some people have completely conviced themselves that its impossible and they're not willing to even consider the results, then I don't know what to tell you.

hope this helps.

Hopefully within the next few weeks. Waiting for UPREV to respond as they are very slow with emails so I can schedule it.

Unfortunately, all dynos are set up different. It's stupid to believe numbers from one and to even compare them to numbers of other dynos. Best thing for comparison is to bring a handful of cars to the same dyno and compare their results with each other.

I can dyno my car and have it read 350rwhp. That doesn't mean it's actually putting that down.

Like I said, stock HR put down 277whp on this dyno.
