Ok so i finaly got my car 2007 350z. and im looking to buy mods for it. i decided

bassani exhaust(have looked but cant find a link to buy it help)
or hks hi-power what u guys think

and so im guesing i have to get a tune when i put all this stuff on?

i heard about the uprev tune is that my best bet?

and the header install is it really that hard?

also last question i live in cali so that means i cannot get hfc or test pipes right?
