Nismo Big Slave Cylinder
I found this: http://www.ppi-ats.com/ATS%20350Z%20...utch%20web.pdf
so, would simply replacing the stock slave cylinder with a nismo big slave cylinder fix reliability issues when having a higher pressure plate installed in our cars?

That slave is a universal piece NISMO offers for a variety of cars - it is not Z specific. ATS offers it as an option, on their clutch for the HR, which converts the CSC assembly of the 2007 + cars back to the traditional slave scenario found on the 2003-2006 cars. It is not simply an upgraded slave for an HR on it's own, because HR's don't use this type of slave, they are all internalized

I just found this part on line (the Zspeed one) can anyone chime in with real world experience it it is better, longer lasting etc. Also I just got the vehicle (2008 touring coupe) apparently this one has had multiple issues with the CSC, I haven't pulled the transmission yet, and not sure if it has an aftermarket clutch in it or not. Are there any other parts i need to be replacing in there while i have it apart?
Thanks in advance.

IMO, if your needs are pretty much street duty with some occasional HPDE, A/X, that sort of thing, there's not much need to go with the Wilwood. Stock works fine with ZSpeed CSC.
But, if you believe all the hoopla about the stock master causing incessant pedal drop, go for the Wilwood or Tilton. (I've successfully used Mac Tilton's products for over 40 years - and have Tilton hydraulics in both of my project Datsuns - so I'm a little biased. )
There is also an alternative to the CSC altogether, also by ZSpeed, called the CMAK which converts the internal CSC to an external slave system similar to the DE setup. Supposedly works well, have not tried it but reviews are good here on my350Z.
