Just to bite on this for a touch...20g's and 18g's may be old technology but Mitsu cartridges are about the MOST reliable you can get...period. They might be old but they work and work very well. Ask me how many miles I have on a lowly ts 16g...thats been seeing almost 30psi for 50k miles and making over 450hp

With that said hopefully we hear an update soon. Seen GTM is doing another in house install on a 6mt G37. Hopefully an HR Z will come through soon...I think that is were the results are going to be seeing as they haven't fully figured out the whole variable valve timing in the 3.7s yet.

Sam's response on another website too: Greddy TT kit vs. GTM TT kit.

Let compare some of the main pros and cons

-GTM kit comes with Pre-Bent Stainless Steel Heat Shields Greddy does not offer any heat shields over the manifold
-GTM Bar and Plate Core Intercooler vs Greddy tube and fin core (bar and plate is proven to be more efficient )
-GTM Ball Bering water and oil cooled Garret turbo VS Greddy journal bushing type turbo and oil cooled only (ball bearing turbos spool faster, more efficient, have a much longer life span and for the 370z oil temp issues going with water cooled turbo is no brainer.
-GTM kit does come with tial 50mm blow off valves VS Greddy No blow off valves are supplied.
-GTM kit is complete with fuel and engine management VS Greddy does not come with neither (have to by separate)
-GTM engine managemen is plug and play (via flash ) Greddy is piggy back system required cutting splicing engine harness.
-GTM kit has a lot of room to grow (6 different turbo stages 9 different a/r ) VS GReddy has one turbo option only available.
-GTM kit cheaper and has better value, you get more for what you pay for VS Greddy
-GTM offers 2 different couplers colors VS Greddy only one
-GTM offers k&n filter VS Greddy foam filters

So I guess this thread is going to stay off topic? Should the thread title be changed to "Greddy TT kit vs. GTM TT kit pissing match"? I like both kits and they both produce the same result after it's all said and done.

I would like to put my strut bar back on though .

If not I'd want a refund check in the mailbox waiting for me. Whats the point of prepaying 5 G's for something member's may not even enjoy using this summer?! Yet the price has already been raised With No dyno #'s posted and not even a single member here running it installed on their car!!! To this I say WTF man?

Best to just order the GTM TT kit i guess. Must be thats what they want you to do anyways

It is extremely, extremely, extremely common for aftermarket F/I kits to be long delayed due to supplier hold-ups, gremlin removal, other projects, etc. across all automotive platforms. Many longer than the GTM kit has been delayed. While I am sure GTM is very appreciative of those who pre-ordered, understand that a reputable shop's product will ONLY be released to market if and when it meets their quality standards (and those that pre-ordered should be appreciative of this fact). People should only pre-order an F/I kit with this in mind, hence why most people do not pre-order.

I am not affiliated with GTM, just someone interested in the kit, but this is just very common knowledge in the tuner world regarding almost every single F/I kit that has ever been produced for any car.

You stfu, we haven't even heard from GTM in almost a month. All we want is an update. Last we heard is was the mounting bracket and it'd be a week, that was a long time ago. We know there are quality standards (it has to work obviously), but we know that there can be updates too. I know GTM is top notch, but we would appreciate Sam hopping on here once in a while to tell us what's going on. Especially since a couple questions have gone long unanswered. We know that we should expect delays, but there is a large difference between delays that keep us notified and delays that don't. All we want is a small teensy update.

Agreed. Delays understandable. Not keeping ordered customers reasonably updated is not.

sitting on the forums all day hoping and wishing for a reply to a topic is just retarded.... if you want answers maybe you should pick up a phone and dial.... here I will even give you the number since obviously you are either too lazy to look it up and call or just a special Olympic candidate....

aside from the cost of the kit, has GTM mentioned anywhere how much they would charge to install and tune?

I send you my condolences if I offended you in any way sir, but I currently do not have the luxury to just pick up a phone. A phone call from Palestine is slightly more expensive than when I am at home, and I only have access to the internet in the morning on an extremely low bandwidth line. When I get to check my email every two to three days, I like to see the update from this topic. When I come here and find mindless babble it's slightly disheartening. I don't sit on the forums all day, and in fact I do just the opposite, I get on when I have the ability to, and look forward to an update that we were all told that we would be given. So you're right, it's not rocket science, it's just 80 cents a minute for something I could get for free. I'll be sure to call when I get back, but, just for the time being, could you please think outside your comfortable little box? I would greatly appreciate it as you currently know nothing of my living conditions or abilities.

People like to attack others on here because it makes them look cool and adds to their posts count. One of the many reasons other people probably do not post on this site is because they dont want to deal with dudes like this. Anyways well said, power to you. Hope you get your updates soon an get home safe. Ignore this guy, he must be a super bad dude if he can call people special olympic candidates.

Not trying to attack anyone or the fourm or anything, but just sitting around complaining on the fourm isn't going to do any good. If you want an update on the product. Just shoot them a email. If they don't reply to that then tell everyone else how bad the customer service is and start bashing them. It doesn't make any sense to me or probably other people who look at this fourm expecting an update to see people complaining because they can't call or write GTM themselves.
