Default VQ35HR Vrs VQ35DE ?

What are the main differences between the two motors

I know they rev higher but what makes it be able to?

Is it better rods or valve springs?

The reason I ask it I am looking to beef up my VQ35DE and
wondered when you build one with stronger rods and APR. bolts pistons Ect.is there still a difference between them
being FI.

Thanks for any help.
Just looking to pull 500 rwhp and want a dependable build.not a daily driver just for smiles per miles.

You can build the bottom end of the de and make over 500whp OR you can build the bottom end of the hr and make over 500whp. The difference is the 1.21 gigawatts. Backed by popular belief you can't get that out of a de.

Whenever a thread pops up about the HR, it reminds me of SOLO.

Gee thanks for the bull responses,

I guessed after the first few post that their are more here to slam than help!

But I did search more and found that they have many differences but when you build either one you can achieve
the same results. for the 500 rwhp.

They are not interchangeable and I would have rather of had the HR. but still the DE when FI at 10 lbs bost
get me to 400 rwhp and very drivable
