That was the OEM ground that was connected to the OEM muffler. I can't remember how we had it tied into the HKS. There really isn't anywhere to tie it into the Greddy, and I don't see the point, so we took it off.

Benen Industries. I mounted it to the factory rear bumper right where it mounts to the frame rails. Haven't had to use the rear yet but if I do, I feel confident it'll hold on the way I mounted it.

Wanted to build the motor when I boosted it, so figured "why not?". Killed two birds with one stone!

Good luck on the project. BTW, what kind of numbers were you getting right before you started this project?

Dude where are you going to mount your Defi's? I was mounting mine on the cage but they stick too far into the windshield.

One of the best threads in a while... you have a big *** bank account man. That parts list is top notch.

Finally a bit of good news this morning. I got an e-mail from my local shop saying they got two big boxes from GTM yesterday. At the time they hadn't opened 'em yet, so I'm hoping everything's there. Unfortunately, I'm out of town for the next few weeks with work. He's going to go ahead and continue with the build and send pictures along the way.

I'll try to keep you guys updated.

This should be exciting. How long is your shop gonna take to assemble everything? I know how you feel about not being there for the build. I am also out of the country most of the year and my car is going on two years on the same project. It just sucks not to be there to see it all come together and keep tabs on it. Good luck and keep us updated.
