small update, got the hks 2 step plugs in last night and tossed it back on the dyno, that cleared up the missfire completely everything is real smooth now and picked up another 15 whp and 8 tq. But we found out the drop up top is due to the wastegate spring on the passenger side not holding. Ordering some 20lb springs today and going to get those swapped in and then back on the dyno tuesday! its peaking 24lbs before the wastegate opens prematurely and then is dropping to 18 and then off to 14-15 range so hopefully should be able to pick up some good power with another 5 lbs of boost

soooooo... the HR manifold holds 24lbs? there was talk of GTR manifold (which won't work without some serious fabwork) doesn't motordyne make an intake for 370? it should bolt to an HR... oh and GTX3071's exist now... one of the first one is on a 500hp SR20 sand rail, and two more are going on a VQ38DETT in an S13... good build... what would you have changed (not needed in the build)?

as far as changing, since i had half the build set up for my stock block set up with no intention to build it for awhile it kinda screwed me, i would have picked up some 1k cc injectors, had my exhaust manifolds made t3 instead of t2. twin gtx 3071r's with a 1.06 AR. other than that nothing im liking everything so far

update
new springs in car made 28 psi on the gt2871's! also that same run it expanded and cut the coupler on the passenger side pipe going in to the bottom of the IC thus causing a big boost leak.
tommorow were going to weld on a little more piping so we can run a smaller coupler so it doesnt expand as much and cut itself on the tclamp again. it was also spinning 5th gear that run so going to add some weight in the rear to try and help that

1.06 AR is allitle too big IMO... yes you will get a big peak horsepower number but then your boost will come in later and harder... if thats your style then thats a way to go... parts seem to break when a sudden surge of power is sent through them instead of a more gradual with a smaller A/R and a flatter torque curve

my mistake lmao forgot about our previous convo. i made a typo aswell i meant twin 3076's not 3071's. its just a street car that doesnt really see anything from a dig. plenty of air in 4th gear on the freeway so spool wouldnt be an issue

turns out it did f!ck the radiator, pressurized the cooling system and the radiator leaked like a fiend out of the top seal all along the top and the bottom.
ordered a koyo radiator that will be here next week, swapping that over and giving it a go again

it was getting pressure in the overflow tank (looks like failed headgasket) and pressurized and back fed into the radiator i imagen and pushed out through where the plastic is crimped by the aluminum.
