What was your baseline before the intakes?

HR power or ricer math, one of the two...

Interested in baseline as well...

Maybe it's me, but I think all Dyno sheets should have a baseline, followed by a 1/4 mile time slip.

Without that, FOR ME, it's just numbers.

It's like weighing yourself on a scale w/o checking to see if it reads "0" before you get on it.

I don't have a baseline as this was done on a Honda dyno day 10 bucks a pull. The track I go to has roll racing events 1/8th of a mile. A buddy of mine has a full bolt on e85 and cams Si that dynoed 250. He took me by a car and a half when I was stock . I slapped the intakes on and now I took him by half a car . I also ran a nismo 370 with cnt test pipes and pulled a car length from a 40 roll . The nearest quarter mile is like 2 hours way. And yeah it's just a number seems kinda high but at least I know the intakes are working .

Lol ricer wouldn't have pulled on a nismo unless he needs the driver mod

Different dyno's display different #'s (calibration, correction method, etc.). The norm of numbers I've seen on the forums are 251 for stock 5AT HR's, and 261 for stock 6MT HR's. 287 is quite a jump from both, and while I don't doubt your numbers, it's just a statement, but without a baseline it's hard to tell.

In any case, as long as you can feel the difference and you're satisfied with the results/power you get, that's all that matters

Yeah man numbers are nice to look at but at the end of the day it's about real gains on the track . Do you guys think the art pipes are worth it over normal test power wise ?

I have a dyno sheet somewhere of the gains I had with them, let me find it and I'll post up the numbers (will scan the sheet tomorrow if you'd like). In general, they are resonated so cancels out some drone/rasp, you can usually find them for sale used for about 3-400 (note there are 3 Versions), otherwise MD has them for around 550.

Edit: I gained +8.17 WHP and +11.59 TQ on a Dynojet. Only the TP's were swapped between setups, and gains on the overall powerband starting at 3500. Generally I've read that HFC's will get you roughly 6WHP in comparison with TP's. Also, the ART's don't throw a CEL light (I've gotten the CEL whenever I cruise for more than 30 at a constant RPM, but I spoke to Tony and that can be explained with a constant AFR ratio that throws off the CEL since it realizes there are no cats).

- Note that the dyno's were done on different months (before, October, after, March), but same correction and dyno.

TP's usually go for 2-350 new, a little less cheaper. I'd get the ART's just because I've seen great gains with them, don't throw a CEL, and are a pretty good investment UNLESS you plan on going for LTH's in the future (PPE or FI).

Pair that with a TDX2 and it's honestly a pure note that's reallly sick. Here's a video of the duo (not my video):

Do you have your Air/Fuel graph?
Im not completely sold on the Injen for some reason, i need back to back dyno proof of gains. i was thinking to stick with my stock airboxes with K&N drop ins but to change that rubber accordion pipe from the box to the TBs with a straight flowing piece.
I also have ideas for a more custom Intake set up which I will hopefully get to try out soon

Here are pics with the stillen front lip as requested

The lip looks nice man . Yeah I wasn't convinced until I bought them . The thing about dyno gains on this intake is that a dyno isn't going to get all the power these get . The street racing event at the track I go to I did a before and after runs with cars I lost to so I could see that there was power made when I pulled top end . My mpg went up a little bit too .
