Default My engine almost pull my finger!!

i did a search about this but didnt find any answer

last night i tried to remove my HR engine cover while the car is running, i started by the bolt in the middle, once i removed it i noticed the hole trying to vacuum my finger inside!!!

is it normal, because its part of the intake manifold?

I'm just trying to figure out why you thought that it was a good idea to remove the engine cover while the engine was running.

I initially thought this was a "pull my finger" fart joke… then realized he was serious.

I think what the OP is saying is there is a strong vacuum leak from the intake plenum into the threaded bolt hole. Don’t you think this may caused by a casting flaw or crack etc and should not be present?

Given country of origin of this post, quite possibly English is the OP’s second language. If so, it’s excellent and a lot more lucid than the usual ghetto slang that is the parlance of this site.
