Default Throw out bearing issues?

Alright, I had a few posts a while back about my clutch change, thanks to all that helped.

Now I have another issue. The other day I lost pressure in my clutch pedal, I lifted it up with my foot and it fell to the floor again. So I rolled into a parking lot and checked under the car and saw the clutch fluid dripping. Once I got it home and up on jacks I started searching. My clutch lines are intact, my master and slave cylinders are all good, but inside my transmission there was fluid everywhere, I checked the connection between the throw out bearing assembly and the slave cylinder and it was dry. After following everything from reservoir to TOB I noticed that the rubber boot on the TOB was soaked with fluid. I am pretty sure there is a pin hole in that rubber boot.

So after my long explanation here is my question. Has anyone heard of this problem before? Does anyone have and suggestions? And does anyone know where I can get a great TOB assembly replacement?

Thanks for any help guys and gals!

Zspeed makes a HD unit that is a must for an aftermarket clutch.
