For the boost leaks - be prepared for more down the road. If you are using t clamps, they arent perfect, but I've had my car tuned twice at TopSpeed and both times we did a smoke test to check for leaks and found several. Movement of the engine / time can cause a leak, and this obviously effects spool, boost, turbo efficiency, how much the turbo is worked and the overall power produced.
I would say invest in a smoke test kit, but they are like $1,000-1,300.
I would just check and make sure everything is tight periodically.
Fuel pump assembly left floating - easy things liek this leave me weary of that shop!
Atleast you're back on your feet and the car is fast.
As some feedback from someone whp went a different route, I have had many issues going FI. Mostly due to GTMs kit being horrible at fitment, but also starting, idle issues. I've got multiple things that have had to be zip tied because the kit wouldnt allow the parts (understrouds, wheel wheel plastic panels) to fit.
edit:
Also,
I have external wastegates with no cats, 3" downpipes. I'm not sure if it was quite this bad before the 1000cc injector change, but i cant even start up the car and stand near it for a few moments without smelling like gasoline or like Ive been riding a lawn mower. Putting in some cats will help your problem but hurt power!

For a cheap boost leak detector I used a PVC pipe end piece with a tire valve stem and a coupler, whole thing cost maybe $10 and you can use an air compressor to pressurize your piping and listen for leaks. You can add soapy water to help.
