Yes it is not on their website. I spoke to him via pm on here nd he told me that they send the ported plenum first nd once u send in ur old one u get money back. No downtime at all.

They definitely do not split the upper manifold in 2. They blended the mismatch of the two halves in the runners being the only real material removal done. It looks like a small flap wheel on flexi-shaft to get as far into the runner as they can. You see can see from the throttle body side on mine that they can't get to the inner bell mouths of the runners (especially the front two cylinder ports).
I'm taking forever to get around to port matching my lower manifold to the upper. The lower has a pretty good lip on the mating surface when assembled to the upper from misalignment. I'm going to go thru the lower manifold, get the port matched, blend the casting lines, and just give it a good 120 grit finish.
