So I'm finishing a turbo setup on my car.... starts up instantly and sounds good but it has the check engine light on for p0051 for the o2 sensor and another code that I have no idea how to read .... I go to check the codes with the pedal sequence and I get this....

Long blinks: 10
Short: 1
Short: 10
Short: 13 .... what the heck???? Does that mean 3??? I have no idea why it wouldn't just do 3 short blinks. Anyone run into this issue?

It is in limp mode... I'm thinking it is the MA code p0103

 

Pretty sure that's an advanced DTC, they use hexadecimal, so 0-9 then a-f, so 13 = D

I'm not sure what the code reading procedure is using that, so I can't say for sure what the proper method of translating the blinks is though.
