Default Annoying tick sound.HELP

Hey guys what's up I drive and 07 z 6speed, I recently been hearing a slight tick sound coming from engine bay area. The tick is not consistent while driving, it happens when I push the gas pedal just to rev it some, it's coming more from my drivers side sounds like maybe an small exhaust manifold crack ? When I drive in high gear at low rpms I can hear a ticking/flutter sound to a certain point, sound goes away after reaching high rpms. I'm not losing no noticeable power and no CEL. My buddy owns a exhaust fabrication shop who made my exhaust we currently know there is no exhaust leaks underneath checked a million times. I'm running a straight pipe with two resonators, if anyone has some insight or had similar issue please let me know so it can help me diagnose this annoying sound thanks!

Could it be some detonation at low RPMs and higher gears? What grade and type of fuel are you using?

I've been using 93 octane, it's weird I can hear it on a cold start but it will dicipate and clear up, only hear it when I feather the gas. Has anyone heard of the HR manifolds cracking or bolts getting loose ? I'm leaning towards that my car is decently low and I smack my exhaust from time to time
