I got on a Dynocom yesterday for some Dyno E-tunes. There's no issue tuning the car with the new manifold, the only problem was making power lol. I can't really say it made power or not because it was really hot, 93 degrees at 80% humidity. I made 310whp, and there is still a lot of room to tune. My AFR still needs some cleaning, and once that is locked I should see some nice gains. Going to wait later the year when it starts to cool down.

That's understandable with the weather. How can you describe your mpg with e85 to 91?

Switching to E85, i'm around 16.5-17 MPG. Which is about 2-3 mpg difference on 93. 275 till empty from full tank on city. close to 300 on highway.

Yea it's not that bad at all. The car definitely eats gas when you get on it all the time. That's where the 10-15% comes in.

Just thought of making a list of what is needed to complete this kit.

Must:
- GTR Manifold
- RJM lower conversion
- CJM Fuel lines - contact Charles @ sales@cj-motorsports.com
- 2 Radium fuel dampers FPD-R
- 370z dummy MAP sensor
- (2) -6an Thread to cap the balance tube
or
- (2) -6an Straight fitting
- (2) -6an Flare Cap
Optional for boosted application:
- (2) -6an to Barb fitting

Add ons: I think these are necessary as well.
- EPS Port matched throttle bodies with the GTR Manifold.
- 3" CAI Moncef intake

Tune:
Z1 Motorsport - Jon Parham

I recommend sending the GTR manifold to EPS Tuning, to have them port matched with the throttle bodies.

Fitting:

Cap:

Hole next to the barb fitting is the missing MAP sensor from the 370z.

Cost in general and I didn't just want cams. I would have gone all out.

Nice! The car is tuning out weird at the moment, we couldn't get the AFR right and not making any good numbers. We made 310 on that hot day over here.

Datalog Graph using Virtual Dyno. Between 3800-6200 is where the weird surge and AFR is leaning out. The logs does not show any indication that something is wrong.

I know the forums says to use Autel or Consult 3 at the Nissan dealership, but I can confirm that a Snap-On diagnostic will work. Majority of auto shop will have a Snap-On tool. I would call around and ask if they have the diagnostic that looks like a tablet and that you want to idle relearn your car.

Thanks for the suggestion man. I had a shop try to force relearn using a diagnostic tool and it didn't work. The ECU would not accept the changes.

Less than 5k close to 3500. Those results are not the final numbers so it is not looking great at the moment. But, I can definitely say that the car is so much responsive and tourqier than before.

For this N/A setup, the shop guy told me that it is critical to get the AFR dead flat to make any good power. Any dips and surge will rob the power at top end.

For sure tuning is critical on N/A, the a/f needs to be 13:1 all the way out and holding full timing for max torque, even losing 5lb/ft means 10hp up top.

I can appreciate an all-out N/A build but it really is the hard (read: expensive) way to do it.
