got an 07 that came with dirty nismo cold air filters, and I picked up some k&n cones in the mean time til I know which to use and I could use the other while cleaning the main filters. now my question is. which is better? nismo cones? or k&n cones? how and why? what are the pros in a nice hr? and don't say "use 1 of each"

 

They both suck, if you actually want clean, grit-free air for your motor.

 

Air filters are trade off.

Good flow means the dirt and junk can enter the engine. Good filter means its restrictive

So pick your poison

 

in other words, they are about the same... besides the dry vs oil thing of course
