Default I can't rev past 5500 rpm's?

So I can't rev past 5500 rpms, I don't know why or how or what's going on? As soon a get to 5500 my car suddenly goes into a weird limp mode like situation. Kind of sounds like a 2 step but I know it's not anything good... I replaced spark plugs, and idk how but it's throwing me a crank sensor code. I replaced the sensor and my cut off began at 3000 rpms. Doesn't make any sense to me. I have no other codes someone help?!!

Was it throwing the crankshaft sensor code before you noticed that you couldn't rev past 5,500rpm's? Did you replace it with an OEM Nissan sensor or some generic crap? Just asking.
