Default Q50 hybrid VQ35HR same ?

Looking to pick up a low mileage vq35hr engine assembly to teardown and build up for my BP turbo HR which has been great. I have wiki'd searched Googled, my350z searching for days but I cannot quite get the info I need.
It appears the 2014+ Infiniti q50 hybrid used a vq35hr engine, non hybrids used the 3.7vhr. After looking at numerous photos the q50 hybrid vq35hr looks very similar to my 08 350z vq35hr motor. Only difference I can see by photos only is the VTC covers look different on the front of the motor....I don't see the VTC solenoid hookups/sensors. I know other models vq35hr will fit by changing the upper and lower oil pan due to the AWD versions having different setups but otherwise are identical.....is this true for the q50 hybrid? It is getting slightly harder to find really low mileage vq35hr engines due to the age, and would like to have a engine with lower mileage components to build. Any suggestions are welcomed .....plz keep in mind that I have already paid a considerable amount of money to get to where I'm at and plan on doing more.......just hard to justify spending another 10k on a built longblock

Maybe I'm just confused, but If it's being built then why does the mileage matter? Everything will be in spec once it's machined

There's very little any of us can speculate on regarding the hybrid VQ35HR. Nissan/Infiniti is known for making production line changes from year-to-year, much less on a hybrid version of the HR. If you're looking for an easy swap with no chance of any changes, you're better off sticking with a NA version. Ancillary parts are always being adapted for the specific application, so caveat emptor.

I guess it doesn't matter that much, figured there are quite a few components that I would rather have low mileage like cylinder heads, valve covers, oil pumps, vtc covers/solenoids, maf's, ect ect.

I just was not sure and thought I would reach out to the community, figured I wouldn't have been the first to post about this or if someone has more experience having done this already. I certainaly dont want to be the first to try so 07-08 HR rwd motor its going to be.

I've been told by a reputable source that a swap with a VQ35HR hybrid is not possible. Any other VQ35HR will be compatible.
