Default NATS?

I am very new to my350z.com and I need some tips or possibly some help ?
My 07 350z has a problem where it does not want to start or crank whatsoever It had died on me in traffic about 2 days ago and it didnt want to turn on It also had the red security light stay on when the key is in acc mode anyone know what is causing this?

Yes it could be just that.
But I have also been told that my keys chip have gone bad or that a fuse blew.... I just need my car running as it is my daily
