I have p1024 code bank 1 and 2 started as just bank 2 replaced exhaust cam sensors on both banks vvt solenoid on bank 1 02 sensor on bank 2 downstream car drags during acceleration starter turns for a few seconds before starting then the engine runs smooth but doesn't have power like it's lagging this is an intermittent problem sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't how do I fix this
