putting VR wouldnt be a benefit to the Z because NA the VR isnt spectacular its with the turbos and tune that really plus the drive train system thats amazing. looking at the design of the VR clearly the motor was tailored for boost and not for NA performance down to its pistons.
I guess this is the reason GTRS motors are hand built are not cross platform and are not in the skyline series in na form in japan. The reg g37s or skylines do not share the motors this time around. Very nice it makes the GTR all that more special in my view.

As for "ITD history," I cannot help but laugh at that. Anyone can go through my posts or anyone else's and find where those few that can't stand me got their start, save for Greg06 I think. He just couldn't stand hearing what I have to say and I don't remember running into that guy at any point, so any insult coming from him makes no sense to me and why I really don't care what he has to say.

All auto manufacturers "escalate" their features, so they can attract potential
buyers whith each new model (more horsepower, &/or better looks, &/or more
torque, &/or better gear, &/or better MPG, &/or a longer warranty period, etc.). My 'O4 Touring Coupe keeps this old-timer ecstatic, elated, over-
joyed, thrilled, jubilant, & on cloud niner! NOT getting rid of it for a LONG,
LONG time, so help me God!!!

But Its not only the Auto makers..Customers (even more so imo) are the ones who cry for newer styling, ever higher HP/TQ, more creature features (options), better MPG and better warranty or service. Tho they dont want to pay for it
Its all just a spinning wheel, they make em, people buy em.. Cant stop evolution.....Im more upset on how fast WS HDTV's change and DVD's to bluray etc.. change

I will throw this out there.
Being the president of the Middle Tennessee Z Club, and having a great relationship with NNA . . . All the people involved in the "Z project" still refuse to call it the 370Z. When asked about the power plant, all that is said is you will be surprised.
Surprised in that its not going to be the 3.7 or surprised that it will be, and everyone's predictions were correct. LOL One thing is for sure. They love mind games.
I will throw this out there.
