Would this footnote be the answer?

Inspect the following:
__ Automatic transmission/CVT fluid (5)

(5) Automatic transmission fluid except for 370Z.

Answering a question with a question.

Maybe surprise should be plural. I certainly think Z fans will be happy with the next offering. I want to see it in person with my eyes, before i go on what my ears tell me.

There really is no surprise coming. Nissans response to what the next z will be like is that it will look much more stylish and more powerful than 350z.

I think we all know by now the 370z will share the same platform, engine, transmission from the g37 that means that the z will be a little faster since it's lighter.

yea, seems like the auto 370Z doesn't need transmission-oil maintenance.

"Automatic transmission fluid for 370Z is maintenance free"

In any case, I hope to see a 370Z awd.

for marketing purposes 370 sounds sharper and youthful.
forums.370zforum.net has great discussions about this

Who gives a **** about a car's name it's about the drive...
It's called the 370z so thats that and it sounds sexy.
Why can't the 280z be a 270z?

The "350Z" was a first as well. There was a 240, 260, 280, 300, but nothing with a 5 in it. Why wasnt everyone complaining there was no 340, 360Z Instead of a 350Z? 370Z is just a new number to add to the line-up. Engine displacement choices will now have ended with a 0,4,5,6,7 and 8.
