OK I got a new Catagory: Who's been the first to have their 350Z Destroyed?
That sucks so much man, I hope your ok. It's looking like a write off. My girlfriend had a Jetta where the front end got smucked (not her fault) and it looked fine. Then I tried to open the passenger door, that didn't work, needless to say it was a write-off and it looked to have half the damage you've got.
As for ICBC they payed her out for the depreciated amount of the car (she didn't have replacement insurance good for the first two years of any new car, in a write off situation they replace your car completely or you can take the money equal to what you payed on delivery. Costs $200 extra but worth it) and then asked if she was ready to settle. She wasn't, because she was still going for ciropractic care and to the doctor, then ICBC went all Credit Card on her, hounding her to death nearly every day, trying to settle right away for $1100 for injuries. So we went to a lawyer on the sheer fact that they where being ******. It took a year but at least we didn't have to do anything but concentrate on getting better and the lawyer settled for just under $15K and we took home $9700. If it's not your fault get a lawyer for fight ICBC for you, you'll be way better off. That's the problem with gov insurance, you need a lawyer to fight YOUR OWN insurance company let alone the other guy.

WOW Thanks for the encouregment. I'll take your advice. I'll wait for the prognosis from ICBC, which will probably be "Fix it!" which I will not except without a fight.
OK I'm cursed!
I just picked up the courtesy car today from my body shop. So like 10 min. ago I'm going down to Home Depot to pick something up. I'm driving down the road and there’s a car parked in the opposite oncoming side lane. From be hide the car comes this guy on a choppered bicycle. He has no control over the bike because of the extended front wheel forks and verse right into my side of the road. Just by luck I don't hit him front on, but takes out my driver’s side rear door, back corned panel and bumper! What the **** is going on!? So there’s paint damage some ground in scuff marks and gouged bumper all said and done about $1000 damage! The body shop is going to thick I'm a loser mess with my car! I'm going to have to tell them after they fix my car and pay for it with cash. What the ****s next!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
PS. So far my car is estimated at 10,000-20,000

Ggot the OK from ICBC to replace all damaged parts with NEW! parts. Most important the rear floor unibody panal and the right rear quarter panal. new bumpers, rear lights, badges, license plate covers (Z covers) and all new interior parts and panals. Oh yea and a repaired rear right rim.
PS I'll be selling my factory installed rear spoiler if anyones interested. It's the one that is sold with the track pack. It's a $800 retro install. It will be as good as new with fresh paint (Silver Stone) and prackets. BO sell!
