track pack seat moving
Any body have that problem ? I brought the car in 3 times for the same problems, but they always say they cannot reproduce the problem. They also told me there's no technical bulletin in Canada.

Yeah, I have the same problem. It's not actually the seat moving. It's a bar that's sliding around and is nocking the seat mounts causing it to flex, especially under heavy cornering load. So if your worried about safety, don't, your seat is secure but it is no less annoying.
One guy on the board has a fix for it. Not hard at all but I was just wating to see if Nissan would do anything about it. I'll give up in about a month or so and do the fix if nothing's released.

Yes it drives me crazy. There is a TSB. Found it posted on a thread on this site too. I will try to find it but try searching.
It just happens that I left it with the dealer this morning too. They will probably have to order the part (a small notched washer) though so I doubt it will be fixed when I pick her up later.

the problem with these TSBs is that we do not have them here in Canada, at least i've been told we don't share the same database here in Canada. Last time I asked the dealer, they said there's nothing...
I don't get it. The TSB was put out by Nissan North America, and although there are those that would like it changed, North America usualy included Canada. I think the service guy is probably just pissed off that someone comes in and tells him what to do. Either way I'd call NNA and check to see if that's true. Considering we get the exact same car as the US version that any and all TSB's should apply to Canadian cars as well.

Just received a phone call from Nissan stating that there now is a tech bulletin regarding this issue, so for all those who has the track pack and has the seat problem, I recommend you talk to your Nissan service department
Hey Sam,
it's been a while that i saw that car, i think i saw it before you took delivery of yours.
I used to go to SFU, are there lots of Z's up there on campus these days?
