Default importing 07-08 350z

Just wondering if anyone on here has imported an 07/08 into Canada. If so what exactly had to be done to the Electronic Immobilization System and how did you go about the child restraints. Just trying to get a cost est. as i'm looking at buying from the states since the 07/08's are still so much cheaper there then up here.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks!

www.riv.ca should answer all your questions. I don't think the child seat restraint applies to the Z. Don't forget that you have to pay 11.1% at the border plus another $250 for federal inspection plus out of province, so another $200. I don't think you will be saving much if you pick it up in the states. I bought my when the dollar was even, so I lucked out.
