Noob question, 18" G35 rims on Z

Hi guy's I know this is probably a dumb question but will the G35 coupe wheels fit on the Z. I did not want to buy a set and then not have them fit. Thank you for your help

yes they do fit. do a search and you'll see a few people here with them on their z's.
