Has anyone ordered through Racingworks.com?
My dad ordered me some RSR springs from them and he has yet to recieve order. They were suppossed to arrive the day before x-mas and he paid for the 2-day delivery. They dont answer any of his emails and are just plain out bad. Has anyone had similiar problems??Anyone know what I can do to get my money back or my springs?
Never heard of any complaints about them. In the future, I would recommend purchasing from Vendors on this site. As for getting your money back, if you have exhausted all forms of contact with no response, then call your credit card company and tell them to refuse payment to that business. I know Discover will give you a temp credit while they investigate. Oh yeah, always pay with Credit Card when ordering online, as it is another layer of protection.
They dont even have a contact # on there website which is very strange. Does anyone know where I can get that #. I emailed them and they didnt call back, Im getting impatient.
When I got my RSR springs through Racingworks, the springs were dropshipped directly from RSR. This is probably how Racingworks keeps their prices down. Contact was Dorian, at 407-699-0107.
So could the problem be that RSR is behind or on back order? I didnt even recieve a tracking # so the item must have not been sent. Did they give you one when you ordered?

Ok i called them fools and of course NO ANSWER!!! This company really sucks and I will never order from them again. What the heck can I do now? Report them or something?
