19s-no kit or small add on lips or so. Think it's ideal size for the Z.
20s w kit but nicely lowered. Also helps clearance and u can tuck hella tire.

All a matter of taste and, what you think proper design and proportion of
wheels&tire are on a Z.
IMO,20's are just too big. They cheapen the look of the Z and the intent of the
original designers. Also,as mentioned, not many tire choices available.
19's are best hands down.
If you are looking for function over form...track your Z,go with 18's.

They're goofy looking and they're too heavy.

its aaaight! personal preference, but i won't do it if its not of high quality. my buddy has dub's and his car looks like a matchbox. evryone's checkin it out! first off, it's so heavy, i can feel the Z struggling to move w/ such weight!!! plus the wheel has to wear 30 series tires and it traces all the bumps and creases on the road wc includes being able to tell if it heads or tail as you run over a coin.

Better pay attention to the size difference if you want VDC to work.

i think staggered 18'F 9' wide & 19'R 10'-11' wide would look sick...careful w/ the style tho. V/S mesh or WERK meister's are always nice incl. BBS LM's. be ready to spend some hard earned cash!

Smile 20's

Actually 20's are perfect because they give you the with you need but style selection does decrease. 20's are great with grip.

My contribution to the 20" wheel thread:
20x9.5-255/35/20/F
20x10.5-285/30/20/R
Axis Super Penta
Tein Street Basis Coilovers (modified rear upper)

Little more to go in the back. Need to roll a small portion of the quarters. Going for drivability, NOT hellaflush. Currently a 1 finger gap under normal compression for rears. I wanna get it to 1/8" under compression.

Seems like a mixed crowd for 20" wheels on the Z. I personally wouldn't mind 19's but the ones in these shots are 20's. They are actually up for trade if anyone is interested.

This is an supposed to be a thread for anything related to 20" wheels and tires.

Opinions, pictures, info, and questions all belong in this thread rather than creating a new thread
