There are decently light 20 inch rims, but I still don't think they belong on Z. Get yourself some 19's and you'll have a plethora of options to choose from when it comes to form and function. Good luck.

Advan makes the rs-d in the sizes you are looking for. And all of their wheels are fairly lightweight and look good on the z.

te37 20" wheel will probably be one of the lighter wheels available.

If weight is a priority, 20" wheels are not a good choice.

I suggest a set of 18's or 19's... stay away from 20's.

20s are heavy. If you're going for performance-go 18-19s. My thingy is 20s on z w kit etc. and 19s without kit or small lip stuff. Just personal opinion.

Mine are sorta light. They are heavier than most high end 19's but without tires, they weigh barely more than my volk 19" GT-7's. These are forged specialties fs-6

tires are a pain for 19s.. not cheap, hence i go 20 always.

I given the choice, Id certainly love some SSR PRofessor 19x10 and 19x13 painted flat bronze RWB style, dont get me wrong, but in all reality, that will never happen.
The result is purely from making due with acceptable compromise.

nt that a first post/troll thread requires this data, but my over all set up weighs no more than my stock 17 wheel n tire set up did. The issue is picking a wheel that has minimal weight towards the outside, ie, light wheel barrels and leave the mass to the wheel face it self.. ie, not going to find this in a cheap wheel...
this makes braking more effortless, feels snappier, etc.. you know, all the stuff the guys w 18s and 19s rightly brag about.

There's just something about those wheels I love. Specs? Do they still make them and are they expensive?

Just to play devils advocate...my f14s r 28 lbs at 20x12.. w very little outward spoke weight..they feel.strange to hold..the wheel barrels feel so light its like a plastic barrel stretched over a noemal heavy wheel face...w strength similar to a forged wheel.. not exactly the look I was going for but now you can see why bought them.

forgestar is a good brand to go with if you don't want to go broke on buying wheels. They are rotary forged, and great quality. If you want to go with 20's and stay light, I'd suggest them. Mine are pricey, and are about 1lb heavier than the f14's in the same size.

Yea I hope that ONE single repeated horror story doesn't kill that company.. they are cool wheels, every company makes a mistake here n there..but man...that really got blown out if proportion ha.

On the down side. They're more costly than Forgestar tho..I got a hook up yes..but I only paid 1700 bones for my wheels heh Heh.

^ people love telling me my wheels are crap because of that one story. They're definitely wrong, but hey, let them think what they want.
My forged specialties were used, but new they were far from my price range.

Yup..like somehow it makes a rats @ss if difference if they're made in Germany or China. If they we're made in Italy everyone would be all.over them..even though I've seen complete crap come from Italy ha. Oh well..they are some dope wheels for sure.

are doing it so that you can say you roll on 20's cause 19 looks so much more balanced unless you have some sort of crazy widebody kit.
