Default Need help with tire size.

Currently im running 275 35 20 in the rears and 245 35 20 in the front my front tires are done and need to be replaced. I found a good deal on new tires but the size on the new ones are 255 45 20 and i wanted to know if i would have any problems with that size. If anyone knows please let me know please and thanks.

255 45 20 will not work with that rear setup, #1 it will look like a 4x4 tire and #2 it will be too tall compared to your rear

Ditto. You'll be rolling like a hill billy. I think you could stand to go the other way and get littler tires such as 275/30/20 instead of 35

A 255/45/20 is a massive tire, I would pass on those.

Alot of negative comments in here...
Personally I think 20's on the z are pretty nice. If you're putting 20's on a z then weight is obviously not an issue...I personally don't give a ****! Haha

I just bought 20" work vs-xx in gold. Having problems fitting the fronts over the brembos.
Not sure of the center section style but the rears are 20x10.5 and just BARELY clear the brembos. The fronts are 20x9.5 et25 and seems like I'm going to need atleast a 20mm up front.

You guys should give me opinions on what setup to use...
Bolt on studed spacers? Or extended studs and regular style spacers?
I was thinking the extended studs and spacers would be better as I can fine tune the spacing by 2.5mm?
I dono will order on Monday.

Default Vossen wheels

Getting some 20x9.5 and 20x10.5 vossen wheels for my z. What would be the best tire sizes to run?

Cool wrong wheel size for a serious Z

20's on a Z are not in my vocabulary.
Have no idea.

Threads merged, some examples you can browse are already in this thread.

A common setup is:

255-30-20 or 245-30-20
285-30-20
