Default 2005 G35 19" OEM sport Rims on a 350z

Just FYI...

These rims came of a new 2005 G35 with the sports package. I picked them up on Ebay for a good price and thought I'd give them a try.

I think they look pretty good, definitely better than the stock wheels my car came with.

The rims are made by Ray's Engineering. It would have been nicer if they were 9" (front) and 9.5" (rear), but I like them...

Wheel Specifications

Diameter: 19"
Width: 8" (front)
Width: 8.5" (rear)
Offset: 30 millimeters
Offset: 33 millimeters
Bolt pattern: 5 x 4.5 (same as 5 x 114.3)
Finish: Silver

Tire Specifications

Brand/Model: Bridgestone Potenza RE050A
Dimensions front: 225/40/19
Dimensions rear: 245/40/19
Treadwear Rating: 140
Traction Rating: A
Temperature Rating: A
Speed Rating: Y-Rated up to 186MPH

Sorry these are so large... I don't know how to scale them...

My Pics.

there's already someone with a black Z with these rims on this forum. Very nice. My gf has the G35C with these rims too, so I might put these on my Z first before i put on my volks...just to try it out. Anyways good find. Looks good.

Yeah they are forged according to Infiniti's website. They are definetly sharp. Better than stock if you can't budget for aftermarket wheels.

These are my favorite stock Nissan/Infiniti wheels besides the early model Track rims, but I am partial to them They look great on your Z....

Mine were almost new with only about 40 miles on them. I found mine on ebay for only $1500 shipped... the prices lately seem to be a little higher, around $1800-$2000 now.

For rims, tires and pressure sensors I think it was a great deal!

Lookin Good! I really want to pick up a set of these. Are they as wide as the stock 17's at least?

Here is another car that has them:

Stock "Z" 17s are 7.5" wide in front and 8.0" wide in the back. The "G" 19s are 8.0" in front and 8.5" in back. So, the answer to your question is Yes - They are .5" wider front and back than the stock 17s on both the "G" or the "Z".

Good to know, thanks. I would be pretty happy with the width then.

Someone from 350zmotoring who has these mentioned that you can get Z center caps from courtesy Nissan that would fit in these. Those might look pretty nice since they are all silver looking, it kind of seems like the coloring of the Nissan logo interferes with the wheel. Not a huge deal though, just my opinion.

I guess you can only really notice that up close though...

sas0 - Looks great. That is the exact Z color/rim combo I'm looking to get.

Any problems whatsoever that you've noticed so far with the transition? I wouldn't think you'd have any. Nice choice.

Well, to give myself some motivation to keep saving for my own Silverstone Z Coupe with G35 rims, I quickly whipped up a wallpaper of your car. Those huge images are good for one thing, at least. Nothing fancy, I like simplicity. Hope you enjoy, I know I will.

Sorry it's so big, I've only taken the time to do it for my resolution which is 1152 x 870 px.

He may sell them soon as his new Piaa's are shipped. Pm me or reply to this email and I will let him know. He wants to sell them around 1800 so let me know and i will get you in contact with him. He has 2000 mi. No rash or anything on them. They are perfect@!
