Look at affordable tire prices compared to size as well.
Front: 255/35 - 265/35
Rear: 285/35 - 295/35

This!

typical sizes are 245/275 or 255/285.
Personally I think the 255/285 is the best for your set up.

But on a serious note, learn to search....

With 19 x 9.5 and 19 x 10.5 is there any wheel well/fitment work necessary? Or just install & go, problem free?

Default some help on wheel/tire fitment please

I am thinking of 2.2.1 varros 9.5 +22 up front and 10.5 +22 rears... ive heard mixed reviews on having to roll fenders. You guys have any idea? Also, tips on tire/tire size would be great. I am open to all advice.

255/40 front and 275/40 rear for a little stretched look. +22 you should be able to get away with not rolling fenders, you can just adjust the camber if need be.

The front is fine , the rear may require a slight roll. Mine started to run at 10.5 +25 with the 275/40, once rolled I ran at +10

Finally ordered rims after a year with stock..

Specs:
F19x8.5 offset 17
R19x9.5 offset 20

I know, 8.5 is small but offset is okay and I don't care about 'flush', well I do somewhat but it certainly doesn't have to be perfect. Anyway, I'm worried about what size tires to get, is there any way to get the right combination (size) tire while staying stock suspension, so that I wont have that ugly fender gap? Meaning going with a bigger sidewall 40? If not I can buy the lowering springs online now and have it done when they install wheels/tires. Thx

I would just get the standard setup , 245 or 255 /35 front and 275/35 rear

We will need to know your ride height. Are you lowered at all? If so, how much?

You should be perfectly fine with the wheel specs and tire sizing. You can even go 255/35/19 in the front lowered.

I ran 19x9.5 +18 w/ 255/35/19 front and 19x10.5 +17 w/ 285/30/19 rear. Only reason I had to go 30 series on rear was because of my aggressive offset. if I was +22 35s would have been fine.

285/35-19 would have also worked out back for you with a mild roll. It's very common to run.
