About 2200. I got a good deal on the rims 1229 shipped and a good deal on the tires 950 mounted and balanced.

Just look up axis milano on ebay. And there will be a couple of auctions for the 20" milanos. The seller I bought from was kickstartmoto and the price will be around 1299 or 1399 before shipping. There is a button where you can bid your price , I said 1100 before shipping adn the vendor accepted.Just be ready to buy though becuase you are obligated if the vendor accepts. Hope that helps.

So why are Volk wheels so much more expensive then other brands. I'm going to do a search on google to figure out what seperates them from the rest. Those axis milano's look siiiick.

Volk rims are Japanese, and they are a very reputable brand. Supposedly they are stronger and some of the models are usually lighter weight. That should explain most of the price difference.

As far as bent rims and such, for 19's and 20's any brand, you pretty much have to watch the roads carefully especially if you are not familiar with the area.

Oh yeah, their shipping weight (each) was about 30lbs for the 9.5's and 29 for the 8.5's. I think they weigh, at most, 1-1.5lbs less than that.

I had to mask off each rivet then have them painted. This worked great, although time consuming. I think the rivets are held in by glue so you could probably pop them out before painting. I'll post pics of the polished (like Volks!) lips when they're back.

Default weight of 20" axis milano

I emailed axis themselves and I have the weights of the 20's which are very light for the size.

20 x 8.5 = 25lbs

20 x 9.5 = 28lbs
